Sifterra is a part of Business Central, not a portal you log into separately. Documents arrive in pages alongside the rest of your team's work. Permissions and audit are the standard ones your team already uses. There is no second login, no second tool to learn, and no separate user accounts to provision.

You stay in control of what gets posted.
Every document Sifterra reads lands on a review page first. Confident values are presented for a glance. Anything uncertain is flagged. Line items can be corrected. Documents can post automatically when the values are clear and your setup allows it — or wait for a human every time. The choice is yours, and the choice is visible.
How it changes shape
Sifterra adapts as your business changes.
Add a new document type — a vendor that ships you a new layout, an industry-specific form your team needs — and Sifterra learns it. Map values to your custom Business Central tables alongside the standard ones. There is no template engineering project, no consultant week, no re-training. The day your business changes is not a project.

By default, Sifterra runs as a managed service. For organizations with strict data-residency or compliance requirements, we support a customer-hosted configuration: documents are processed entirely inside your tenant, against your subscription, under your governance and audit trail.
