Prerequisites

Have these items ready before anyone begins:

  • A supported online environment where extensions can be added
  • Admin rights to add an extension and manage user access
  • The Sifterra setup package
  • An Azure document-reading service account with its web address and access key

Optional, only if you plan to use them right away:

  • An OpenAI connection, if you want AI-based field-mapping help during setup
  • A SharePoint connection for pulling files automatically

Before the first setup user starts

The first setup user should have the connection details ready before opening Sifterra Setup. That keeps the first session focused on configuration and testing instead of gathering missing values.
