Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong, start in the Document Queue for the affected document.
- Check the document’s Status.
- Open Processing Log for that document.
- Read the first Error entry, not just the last one.
- Use the guidance below based on what you see.
Start With These Checks
Section titled “Start With These Checks”- If the document is in
Error, open Processing Log from that document and look for the firstErrorline. - If the document is in
Review Required, open Review and compare the extracted values with the original document. - If the document already has a created document number, do not retry just to be safe. Check the created document first so you do not create duplicates.
- If you cannot find a finished document in the queue, clear or adjust filters. The queue opens with completed documents hidden by default.
