Queue statuses

Use the queue status to decide your next action before you retry anything.

StatusWhat it usually meansWhat to do next
PendingThe document has been uploaded but not processed yet.Use Process or wait for scheduled processing.
ProcessingSifterra is still working on the document.Give it a little time. If it stays there too long, check the log for repeated polling or connection problems.
CompletedProcessing finished and the document is ready.Open Review if you want to check values, or Create Document if no Business Central document has been created yet.
ErrorProcessing stopped and needs attention.Open Processing Log, fix the likely cause, then use Retry.
Review RequiredSifterra needs a person to confirm or correct something before moving on.Open Review, correct anything that looks wrong, then Approve.
ApprovedA reviewer has accepted the extracted values.Create the Business Central document if it has not been created yet.
RejectedA reviewer decided not to use this document.Upload a corrected replacement if needed.
  • If the status is Review Required, start in Review instead of using Retry.
  • If a created document number already exists, open that document before you process anything again.
  • If the document appears to be missing, check filters before assuming it failed.
