Queue statuses
Use the queue status to decide your next action before you retry anything.
What the Status Means
Section titled “What the Status Means”| Status | What it usually means | What to do next |
|---|---|---|
Pending | The document has been uploaded but not processed yet. | Use Process or wait for scheduled processing. |
Processing | Sifterra is still working on the document. | Give it a little time. If it stays there too long, check the log for repeated polling or connection problems. |
Completed | Processing finished and the document is ready. | Open Review if you want to check values, or Create Document if no Business Central document has been created yet. |
Error | Processing stopped and needs attention. | Open Processing Log, fix the likely cause, then use Retry. |
Review Required | Sifterra needs a person to confirm or correct something before moving on. | Open Review, correct anything that looks wrong, then Approve. |
Approved | A reviewer has accepted the extracted values. | Create the Business Central document if it has not been created yet. |
Rejected | A reviewer decided not to use this document. | Upload a corrected replacement if needed. |
Before You Act
Section titled “Before You Act”- If the status is
Review Required, start in Review instead of using Retry. - If a created document number already exists, open that document before you process anything again.
- If the document appears to be missing, check filters before assuming it failed.
